Municipal Airport Contracting In 2025, the City of Atlanta celebrates its 100-year anniversary as owner and operator of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest and most efficient airport. The presentation will provide a brief overview of the City of Atlanta’s procurement laws (local public contracting).
