Exhibitor Passport Description:
This exhibitor passport program is for exhibitors, that choose to participate, to create a mutually beneficial relationship between our exhibitors and attendees. It will encourage attendees to come to visit and engage with you during the event and learn about what you have to offer, while giving you more opportunities to share your brand. We will be making up a passport sheet that all attendees will have access to. The sheet will have all participating exhibitor’s logos on it. The goal for the attendee is to get each exhibitor to stamp or initial their respective logo. Once the attendee has all logos marked, by visiting all participating exhibitors, they will turn in a slip to be entered into a drawing. These generally occur on the final morning of the event. Attendees must be present to win a prize.
What we ask from the exhibitors that want to participate in the program is that they contribute a prize for the final drawing. You can display the prize and advertise it at your exhibit table to drum up excitement or turn it into IMLA. We have done this program in the past and it has worked well with high participation from all our exhibitors, we hope it is an incentive that will drive traffic to our exhibitors.
