Attorney Martinez and Prof. Owsley examine two sides of the same expression coin as forced speech and viewpoint discrimination\, including recognition of and limitations in physical and cyber public forums.  Current activist Stevens details malicious compliance with Festivus Poles\, book bans\, and classroom “In God We Trust” and Ten Commandments signs. Historical civil rights activists\, Barnett and Hon.
