DESCRIPTION:Enforcing Quality of Life Laws After Martin v. City of Boise\nCamping ordinances\, sit and lie laws\, and other quality of life laws were greatly impacted by the Ninth Circuit’s decision in Martin v. City of Boise. As a result of this decision\, there are many questions around enforcement of these quality of life laws. This presentation will discuss not only the decision in Martin v.
