This webinar will cover topics including the distinction between service animals\, therapy animals\, emotional support animals\, and pets; which animals must be allowed; what the requirements are for the different categories of animals; courses of action that are recommended versus mandatory; and how to mitigate between the ADA’s requirements and the concerns for other individuals in the office (e.g. allergies\, distractions\, phobias).
