DESCRIPTION:CCDI provides IMLA members with a forum to engage in substantive discussions regarding effective terms and conditions in construction contracts for public projects. Members who participate in monthly CCDI teleconferences become part of a “Working Group” that will discuss and draft contract forms for the construction manager at risk (CMAR) delivery method. The core drafting committee will present the final revisions to the membership at the Annual Conference in Houston\, TX and the resulting sample documents will be available exclusively to IMLA members as an invaluable resource when drafting and negotiating construction contracts. Please mark your calendars and join us for these discussions! \nIf you would like to take part in these calls\, please email ccutchin@imla.org.
