DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Wednesday\, 6/12 at 1 pm eastern for a call to discuss a recent Eighth Circuit decision.  The issue is whether government defendants may be held liable under section 1983 for inaccurately determining that a man encountered during  a winter emergency response was dead rather than suffering from hypothermia\, and so informing subsequent Emergency Responders arriving at the scene?
